Aurora Taxi Dispatch : Airport Flat Rates

 

We offer simple and fixed Flat Rates to O'Hare Airport and Midway Airport from Aurora, IL. Flat Rates are also available from several other towns like Naperville, North Aurora, Owwego, Montgomery, Sugar Grove and more.

These flat rates include tolls, appropriate luggage and up to 2 passengers.

For more than 2 passengers up to a total of 5,  a minivan (seating capacity 4 to 5 depending on luggage) or a Full Size Private Vehicle (seating capacity 3 max depending on luggage) is required. Minivan requests are an additional $15 and Private Cars are an extra $10. Reasonable luggage (1 checked bag and one carry on per passenger) is included. For excessive luggage, there is an additional charge of $10 per bag.

Base Flat Rates for pickups at O'Hare and Midway Airport are the same as the one's going to the airports. Pickups at the Airport do cost us an extra $4 due to the City of Chicago MPEA tax imposed on all Taxi and commercial vehicles leaving O'Hare or Midway airport. To accomodate this tax, we now share the tax with customers. All pickups at Midway and O'Hare airport will have the $2 charge added on to the airport flat rate.

 

Due to very high demand and driver availability, Effective immediately the following surcharges are in effect:

  • SPRING BREAK 2024 : All Airport Rides scheduled between 03/18/24 and 04/07/24 : $10
  • Airport Dropoffs between 12AM-4AM  $10
  • Pickups at Midway Airport between 5PM-12AM  $10
  • Pickups at Midway Airport between 12AM-6AM  $20
  • Pickups at O'Hare Airport 6PM-9PM  $5
  • Pickups at O'Hare Airport 9PM-12AM  $10
  • Pickups at O'Hare Airport 12AM-6AM  $20
  • Certain last minute rides ( overnight immediate rides to airports and call ins at and to the airports, etc might be $10-$25 higher
